Hi, I’m Vanessa, founder of V2 Growth Strategies.
If you’re anything like the people I work with, you’re moving fast, wearing too many hats, and trying to grow something that matters.
Whether you’re a consultant, vendor, or entrepreneur, you’re doing the work. You’ve built something solid. But maybe growth feels slower than it should. Maybe opportunities are slipping through the cracks. Maybe your efforts aren’t lining up the way you need them to.
I’ve been there. And I’ve helped a lot of people through it.
Before starting V2, I spent years inside companies leading teams across sales, marketing, client services, and partnerships. I wasn’t just sitting in meetings. I was building the plans, managing execution, and being responsible for the outcomes.
That gave me a perspective most people don’t have. I’ve seen what each department brings to the table. And I’ve seen what happens when they operate in silos, pull in different directions, or move without a clear strategy.
That disconnect is what holds most businesses back. And it shows up everywhere, especially in partnerships.
Partnerships are one of the biggest missed opportunities I see. So many are built on a great conversation or shared interest, but there’s no structure behind them. No shared goals. No strategy to move them forward. And when that happens, even the strongest relationships lose momentum.
But when every part of your business works together, when sales, marketing, partnerships, and client services are aligned around the same goals, that is when growth gets real.
That is why I started V2 Growth Strategies.
To help businesses and individuals turn effort into impact. To bring structure to their strategy. And to connect the dots between what they are doing and where they want to go.

Why This Blog Exists
I created this blog to share the strategies that help my clients grow. Strategies rooted in real experience, not theory.
If partnerships are part of your business, we’ll talk about how to build them with intention, structure, and results in mind. If you’re investing time and money in conferences, I’ll show you how to turn that presence into real opportunity. And if you’re trying to align sales, marketing, and client experience without spinning your wheels, you’ll find guidance here too.
Because growth doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things—on purpose, and with a plan.
I’m glad you’re here.
